This policy explains how fansvilla ("we", "us"), operated by [Legal business name], collects, uses and protects your information when you use our app and website.
With your consent, we send login codes to your phone number through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Your number is shared with Meta only to deliver these messages. You can request SMS verification instead [if available].
Chats and media shared between creators and fans are private. We do not routinely view them. We may review specific content only when it is reported, or when required by law. We are also launching AI monitoring tools to help detect prohibited content such as NSFW material, used only for safety.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run fansvilla (hosting, messaging, payments, analytics), and with authorities when legally required.

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Give accurate information and keep your login secure.
Creators offer content, audio, calls and services. Fans can follow, subscribe and purchase. Creators are independent and are responsible for what they offer and deliver.
Prices are shown before you pay. fansvilla charges a platform fee of [x]% on creator earnings. Payments are processed by third-party partners. Refunds are handled as per our refund rules: [refund policy].

fansvilla has a zero-tolerance policy for NSFW content. Any creator who shares it is permanently banned. We are launching AI monitoring tools to help detect NSFW and other prohibited content, and we may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
PicMoji uses AI to generate emojis from photos. Only use photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use. AI results may not always be accurate.
You own your content. You give fansvilla a limited licence to host, display and deliver it as needed to run the service.
You can stop using fansvilla at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or the law.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, fansvilla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of creators and other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
